Shape Studies: Beyond the Sketchbook

Shape studies have been a continuous part of my practice, but recently, they’ve expanded beyond the sketchbook. I’ve been exploring shapes and lines with charcoal and acrylic on canvas—who knows, maybe these will evolve into their own paintings.
